I do not have a recent (2003 or later) version of Anti-Virus software. Please install the following, I understand that additional costs will be involved.

Optional Service:

ABC Computer can create an "image" of your computer on DVDs. This is a snapshot done AFTER the computer has been cleaned with the preventative maintenance checklist. Cost of this service is $99.99 plus $1.00 for each DVD-R used. Most computers are in the 3-4 range. If you have many music or video clips, it may be more. This price also includes a license for Backup MyPC.

Please include the optional system backup service.

Computers dropped off by 10AM should be ready by 4PM, provided there are no "major" spyware or Virus infestations. If there is a major infection, you will be notified by 2PM.

This service does NOT include replacing any hardware that may be defective. Any hardware that needs replacing will be done at regular rates. Estimates will be given before the work is done.
