A Preventative Maintenance Agreement is a commitment from ABC Computer to provide you with the following services on a bi-monthly basis.
 | Clean and inspect each PC for dust and other
damage. |
| Make sure Antivirus, anti-spyware and other
security software is working and properly updating.
Remove virus and spyware (except for morphing or
root kits which are removed at our store at in-store
rates). |
| Make sure Automatic updates are running and
updating your computer properly. |
| Perform maintenance on the operating system.
Check log files for potential problems. A
questionnaire will be sent to you prior to the visit
to help locate any existing problems. |
| Perform basic administration tasks (user
changes, email changes, etc). |
| Run diagnostics on the computer to make sure all
components are working properly. |
| If "Free" software is available and you have need, the software will be installed free of charge. (Antivirus, Antispyware, etc.) This is subject to license agreements, and may not be free if the computer is used for business/commercial purposes. |
Cost is just $60 per visit, which can be paid monthly or at the time of the visit. Add remote backup and protect your data 24/7/365 days of the year. Safe from storms, electrical problems, fires and floods.
